From all the products gently knead dough. Allow to rise for about 40 minutes then cut into 20 pieces, which are shaped into balls and coated with oil.
Allow to rise again for 20 minutes, then roll into a sheet, brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese. They are wound and twisted.
Optionally, they can be in the form of snails or tied in a knot. Arrange in a greased tray.
To the separate yolk add 2 tablespoons oil and brush the pies. Again let them rise, bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 15 minutes and while still warm, coat with butter.
