How to cook
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry it in the hot oil. When it reddens, add salt, finely chopped green onions and spinach.
Fry the meat with them, sprinkle with paprika and pour 6-7 cups hot water in. When the broth boils, add rice and black pepper.
Before removing from the heat, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Thicken the soup with beaten together yogurt and yolks.
