How to cook
Make a mix of yeast in a little lukewarm water with 1 pinch of sugar and 2-3 tablespoons flour. Allow to rise and then from the souring yeast, beaten egg, milk and sugar and sifted flour with salt knead soft dough.
Allow the dough to rise in a warm place. Then with moistened hands tear the risen dough into balls, stretch them into cakes and fry them in very hot oil.
