How to cook

Cut the chicken and sauté it in oil. Add salt and julienne the peppers, then peel and dice the tomatoes. Sprinkle with paprika to taste.

Cover with a lid and cook the dish over low heat. Once the meat softens, pour in 1 cup of water, saute for another 20-something minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and remove from the heat.
