How to cook
Cut the onion finely and saute it in preheated oil until tender. Add the grated carrots, then the washed and chopped dock.
Sprinkle with paprika, stir and immediately add 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of hot water. Put the washed rice in, add salt and cook until the rice softens.
When serving, season the soup with black pepper and lemon juice to taste.
