Ingredients

  • potatoes - 18 oz (500 g), boiled
  • oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • liquid cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • salt
  • white pepper - to taste
  • dill - 1 - 2 tbsp chopped
  • green onions - 1 stalk, use the green part

Preparation

Peel and dice the boiled potatoes into cubes. Salt them lightly and put them to fry in pre-heated oil in a pan.

Having given them a nice tan, pour the cream in. Stir for a few minutes with it, season it with spices, chopped dill and green onions.
