Ingredients

  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 1 2/3 cups (400 ml)
  • flour - about 2 cups
  • salt - a pinch
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp

Preparation

In a deep bowl, break the eggs. Beat them with the salt. Add the milk, while stirring. Gradually add the flour. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Heat a pan.

If you have a Teflon pan, you do not need to use oil. Place about one ladle of the mixture and spread it over the whole surface of the pan. Allow to fry until the edges of the pancake unstick from the pan a bit.

Turn it over using a wooden spatula. After the tops turn pink and rise, the pancake is ready. Garnish as desired. Bon appetit!
