How to cook
The pork is beaten gently and carefully, as well as seasoned with salt and black pepper. All other ingredients are broken down with a little more seasoning and finally, add a little oil while constantly mixing. Steaks are coated evenly with the resulting paste.
Leave in a covered container in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to be seasoned.
Place 4 large pieces in foil, lightly greasing each steak. Top with chopped mushrooms and green onions. Envelopes are packed tightly and put in a baking dish.
Steaks in foil are baked for about 1 hour in a strong oven, but the duration of baking depends on the thickness of the pork meat.
Serve directly with the envelope that opens slightly in the company of wine of your taste.
