Ingredients

  • drake duck - 1.
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • mint - to taste, dried
  • onions - 1 head
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • water - 1/5 cup (60 ml)
  • soya sauce - 3 tablespoons

How to cook

Beat water with honey, soya sauce, grated onion and mint. Rub the nicely cleaned Drake with salt and black pepper inside and out. Wash it well with marinade.

Leave the duck in a covered container in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Occasionally, rotate the duck to marinate evenly. Then transfer it from the grill, in a baking dish.

Put to bake at a moderate heating at 356°F (180 °C) oven for about an hour and a half. Occasionally pour/smear the bird with the marinade in which it is standing.
