Beat the eggs with sugar and oil. First add the yogurt mixed with the baking soda, then premixed flour, powdered dry milk, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Homogenize the mixture and add the grated rind and juice of 1 orange.
Pour mixture into a form with baking paper. Put it to bake in a 356°F (180 °C) preheated oven for about 50 minutes, check if it is ready with a toothpick.
If it starts to burn, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Pierce the finished cake with powdered milk with a skewer and pour the squeezed out juice from the second orange over it.
