How to cook
Clean and cut the common butterbur. Heat a little oil and sauté until deflated. Allow it to cool and mix in the crumbled feta cheese. Optionally, you can fry a few sprigs of green onions and garlic and then add the common butterbur.
Take 2 sheets of phyllo pastry at a time, smear them with butter and distribute the butterbur filling at one end. Roll up and arrange the rolls in a large rectangular greased tray. Beat the eggs with yogurt, a little baking soda, and if you want, you can add some sparkling water.
Poke the pie with a fork, pour some oil on and pour the egg mixture on top. Leave for 10-15 minutes and then slide to bake in moderately hot oven.
