Ingredients

  • dock - 25 oz (700 g)
  • rice - 1 1/2 cups
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • green garlic - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • parsley
  • spearmint
  • oil - to 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • eggs - 3 large
  • yogurt - 2/3 cup

Preparation

Fry the chopped onion and garlic in the oil well. Add the washed and drained rice, stir until fried and add the cleaned and chopped dock. Add the spices, chopped parsley and spearmint.

Top with about 4 1/2 cups hot water and transfer to a large oven dish. Put the dish to bake until ready in a moderately heated oven. Beat the eggs with the yogurt and optional 1 tablespoon flour. Pour this over the dish.

Bake for 10-something minutes or until the topping sets. Serve the dock with rice slightly cooled.find similar recipes here
