Ingredients

  • beef - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • spinach - 4.41 lb (2 kg)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g) cow
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yogurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • onions - 1 - 2 heads
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Mince meat and fry it. Properly cleaned and washed spinach is cut into small pieces, fry the finely chopped onion.

Meat and spinach get some salt and pepper. In a pan, place a layer of meat, layer spinach until the tray is filled and the top layer is spinach.

Add pieces of butter and bake the dish. When almost ready, pour the beaten eggs and yogurt and bake until done.
