How to cook
Shred the florets of cauliflower finely. Stir the jam of apricots, white wine, vinegar, olive oil with spices and a little water. Pour this over the cauliflower, which you've placed in a baking dish and let marinate 1-2 hours, stirring it periodically.
Then bake the cauliflower straight in the baking dish or grill as desired. Though it can be consumed as is, this cauliflower is perfect for chicken, turkey, duck and game.
