How to cook
The oven is heated to 356°F (180°C). Grease a tin with fat and flour it. Can use baking paper. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and fructose.
Add olive oil and mix well with a fork. Add the vanilla, lemon zest and yogurt. Mix the flour and baking powder, baking soda and salt. The two parts are added to the egg mixture.
Mix well until you get a uniform mixture. Pour into the prepared mold and smoothe it out. Halve the plums and arrange them on the dough.
Cake is baked for 20 minutes, depending on the oven. Enjoy your meal.
