The lettuces are washed and dried. Chop and mix in a large bowl. Walnut nuts are chopped.
For the dressing, mash cheese with a fork and mix it with the cream. Gradually add the vinegar, oil and apple juice. The mixture is stirred into a smooth cream. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper. Figs are washed and cut into eighths.
Salad vegetables are covered with dressing and mixed. Salads are divided into 4 bowls. Cover with figs.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve.
