How to cook
Pour the cleaned lentils into a pot, pour in cold water and boil them on low heat. Separately, in hot oil with a little water, stew the finely chopped onion until golden in color.
Add the chopped carrots and celery to it. When they soften, add the boiled lentils, chopped garlic, chopped potatoes, grated tomatoes, salt and black pepper.
After stirring, pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
