How to cook
Pour the butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour, salt and almonds in a food processor and blend to mix everything well.
If you do not have a processor, you can beat the products with a mixer in the same order and finally - knead by hand. Shape pellets the size of a walnut from the mixture.
Optionally, you can cool the dough, then roll it out and cut it to your desired shapes. Arrange the cookies in a greased tray and put to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 25-30 minutes.
The finished Greek shortbread is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
