How to cook
Grate the cleaned potatoes and onion on a fine grater. Mix them with minced meat, add spices to taste, a pinch of baking soda and flour.
Heat the oil for frying. Take some of the mixture and drop it in, shaping them while they fry. Having finished on one side, fry the other side.
Economical meatballs are served with a salad of your choice.
