How to cook
In a large bowl, set aside the egg whites, and the yolks in a cup. Beat the egg whites with a mixer with the sugar until they become snow-like and then add the egg yolks until thickened.
Add the flour and stir. Grease a tray with oil, put paper (newspaper) in it and pour the mixture in. Once baked, invert the layer onto a new sheet of paper, smear with marmalade and wrap into a roll.
Leave it to cool a little, wrapped in the paper. You can pour on melted chocolate for decoration.
