How to cook
Boil 1 2/3 cups (400 ml) of water and add the semolina while stirring over low heat until thickened. Allow it to cool and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the egg in and mix it well.
Add the juice of the onion and lemon juice, constantly mixing, checking how it tastes. Similarly, add the oil and top it up while slightly beating.
Another way to prepare it is by making the egg, oil and lemon juice into a mayonnaise and seasoning it with a little salt and sugar.
