How to cook
Sprinkle the chicken with salt, black pepper and a little paprika. Heat the oil in a wide pot and fry the pieces of chicken evenly - to a nice tan.
Remove them and add the finely chopped cabbage. Mix well and let it stew until soft. Top up with some warm water, add the chicken and let it stew again, until the meat is ready.
Finally sprinkle with spices and salt to taste, mix well and after a few minutes- remove the dish from the heat.
Serve the chicken with cabbage with toasted bread.
