How to cook
Clean and cut the fresh potatoes into halves. In a bowl, mix the salt, oregano, paprika, crumbled and slightly mashed rosemary, the lemon rind and mix with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Pour this marinade over the potatoes in a baking dish and mix them. After about 10 minutes, put them to bake until ready in a 356°F (180 °C) oven.
You can pour in 1/2 cup of water at one end of the oven dish if desired. Stir the potatoes 1-2 times gently.
