"An elementary and extremely tasty moussaka. So grab a sheet of paper and write down the recipe."

Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 23 oz (650 g)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml) or butter
  • nutmeg - to taste
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • for the topping
  • yogurt - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • black pepper

How to cook

Boil the potatoes until half done and sauté the cleaned and sliced mushrooms in a little oil. Season them to taste with some of the spices.

In a greased baking dish, arrange a row of potatoes, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, a little oil and arrange a row of mushrooms. Repeat in this order until out of products.

Beat all the ingredients for the topping, pour them over the dish and put it to bake in a moderately hot oven until nice and browned.
