Boil all the ingredients for a few minutes in a pot on the stove. Leave the marinade to cool off and soak the cleaned and sliced mushrooms in it. Do not separate the stalks from the mushroom caps.
Allow them to marinate for 2 hours. Preheat a grill and grease the elements. Put the mushrooms to toast briefly on both sides. Once ready, cover the mushrooms with a lid in a pot.
You can prepare sauce for these marinated grilled mushrooms. For it, fry 1-2 tablespoons flour and dilute it with a little of the marinade, diluted with water in turn. Stir to obtain the desired consistency and pour it over the grilled mushrooms.
