How to cook
Melt butter in a large pan and put the onions and green onions to be braised for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, tomatoes, sweet potatoes and pumpkin. Stir for 5 minutes and cook. Replenish the broth, add the sugar and spices.
After boiling, reduce the heat, put the lid on and cook for about 30 minutes. Then remove it from the heat, cool slightly and puree. Return to the heat enough to boil for a few minutes and season again if needed.
Serve the soup with a little cream into each serving and put a side dish of grated parmesan.
