Ingredients

  • beetroots - 1 large head
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • parsley - 4 sprigs
  • dill - 3 bunches
  • for marinating
  • vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic - 1 clove pressed

Preparation

Wash the beets, peel and cut them into thin crescents. Beat all the ingredients for marinating together and soak the beets in the sauce.

Leave covered for 1 hour in a refrigerator. Then add coarsely chopped walnuts and spices. Mix well and serve. This salad is a great appetizer for a brandy, vodka or even a glass of red wine.find similar recipes here
