Ingredients

  • lamb - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cabbages - 28 oz (800 g)
  • lard - 3.5 oz (100 grams)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • onions - 1 head
  • tomatoes - 2
  • paprika - 1/2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

Cut the meat into pieces and fry it in half the lard. Add the chopped onion and continue to fry. Chop the cabbage. In a large pot, arrange a layer of meat, layer of cabbage, add tomato pieces, salt and sprinkle with paprika, black pepper and finely chopped garlic.

Top with the remaining melted lard and put it to bake with a cover in a low oven. During baking, occasionally top up with a little warm water and shake the pot.
