How to cook
Clean the potatoes well but do not peel them. Make a deep cross in each. Carefully open them, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and shove thin slices of butter in. Put each on a piece of foil.
Put another piece of butter on top and wrap tightly with the foil. Put the potatoes to bake for 45 minutes in a highly heated oven. While still warm, open them up and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese that melts deliciously on top.
