How to cook
Chop the mushrooms, onions and cauliflower, mix with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Stir well and bake in the oven, stir if necessary. Meanwhile, tear or cut the lettuce, bake the walnuts in a dry pan and cut.
Peel the carrot and cut it into strips using a peeler. Once the roasted vegetables are ready, add them to the lettuce, add the lime juice, walnuts, finely chopped parsley, carrots and curry.
Flavor it with extra salt, vinegar, or lemon if desired.
