In a deep container, combine the orange juice, oil, sugar and beat with a mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the almonds, hartshorn that you have "extinguished" with the lemon juice, vanilla and salt.
Mix well. Add the flour, not necessarily all of it - the resulting mixture should not stick to your hands when kneading. Thus prepared dough is spread out on the counter into a sheet with a thickness of 1/2″ (1.5 cm).
Using shapes, cut out sweets and arrange them on a greased baking tray or one with baking paper. Bake them for about 25-30 minutes in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
