Sift flour into a deep bowl, dissolve yeast in milk in a well and add more flour. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes and then add the butter, salt, sugar, grated lemon rind. Knead dough, then cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place again for half an hour.
Make a template of a cardboard bunny if you do not have such a form. Roll out the dough into a base and cut bunnies with the template or tray. Arrange them in a greased baking tray and brush them with the beaten yolks of eggs. Leave to rise for about 15 minutes and during this time, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and powdered sugar.
Optionally, you can add a harmless electric paint in the desired colors. Put cute bunnies to bake for 20-something minutes in a preheated oven to 392°F (200 °C). Remove them, make decorations with egg whites and return to bake.
