How to cook

Sauté the chicken livers for about 3-4 minutes in oil. Separately sauté the onion and rice until transparent.

Pour the chicken livers and rice in a baking dish. Sprinkle with spices. Pour 3 cups of warm water in and bake the dish.

Finally pour the dressing prepared from the mixed eggs, flour and yogurt.
