Ingredients

  • chicken gizzards - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • oil - 5 tbsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • rice - 1/3 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2
  • spearmint
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Boil the gizzards in salted water. Fry the onion in preheated oil, add the rice, chopped gizzards and spices.

Pour part of the broth over the dish and boil for 15 minutes. Pour it into an oven dish, add a little more broth and bake in the oven.

15 minutes before removing from the oven, pour in the beaten yogurt and eggs.
