Ingredients

  • beef - 2.2 lb (1 kg.) bones for broth
  • beef livers - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • butter
  • lemons - 1.
  • root soup
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to cook

Wash well and boil the knuckle. In the broth, add root soup, spices and stripped liver. Once the liver is cooked, strain the broth.

Strain well and fry in hot oil. Fry liver sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper and diluted with broth. Boil for 10 more minutes to thicken the eggs and lemon, season with parsley.
