Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 3.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 packet
  • eggs - 2.
  • powdered sugar - 2 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp

How to cook

Scale the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into chunks. Season with salt and pepper. Roll them in flour and fry them in oil.

With the other products, make the sauce. Mix 5 tablespoons butter and 1 boiled egg yolk. Beat egg and add others.

In a water bath, boil sauce. Stir constantly over low heat about 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve the warm tomato as a side dish to meat.
