Make a well in the flour, sprinkle salt and sugar and begin to knead dough with lukewarm water to which has been added 1 tablespoon vinegar and oil. Knead a soft dough, divide it into 40 balls, cover them with a soft cloth and allow them to rise for about half an hour.
Each ball is rolled out, by pulling it with your hands to form a thin crust. Sheets are stacked in a greased pan, alternating with crumbled feta cheese, and on top- pour the beaten eggs.
Bake for 1/2 hour in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven. The finished pie is sprinkled with a little water and covered well with a towel.
