How to cook
Fresh potatoes are washed and cleaned well, then dry them. Oil is heated in a deep non-stick frying pan with a lid. Snap potatoes and top them with a tight lid. Fry on moderate heat, frequently shaking the pan to braise it evenly.
Cook for 20 minutes, often shaking and then see if they are tender. Now add to the cooked potatoes butter, crushed garlic and all other spices. Insert the back lid and shake gently for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Serve finished potatoes spiced with a little grated cheese if desired.
