The water is boiled with oil and salt. Add the flour all at once and stir vigorously. Take down from the heat and add the eggs one by one while beating the mixture.
Plenty of fat is heated in a pan on the stove with a spoon and pour the mixture into the oil. If the dough is nice, you do not have to turn the fritters - they rotate on their own.
Serve with optional jam and yogurt.
