How to cook
Mix the milk with the sugar. Add the flour, diluted with a little cold milk to obtain a paste. Add this smooth substance to the other milk. Add a piece of butter, vanilla and eggs.
Beat the mixture on the heat to thicken. Remove the thickened cream from the fire, but continue beating until the cream begins to cool.
Pour it into bowls or a deep plate, serve these with biscuits, or orange slices.
