Ingredients

  • bananas - 1.
  • orange juice - 2 cups
  • mint - 5 - 7 leaves
  • apricot juice - 1 cup
  • kiwis - 2
  • oranges - 2.
  • apples - 2.
  • grapes - 12 seedless
  • fruit - 1 - 2 handfuls of mixture (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • yogurt - 2 cups

Preparation

Mix orange juice and apricot. All other fruits (except bananas) are cut into thin slices and mixed in a deep bowl.

Then cover it with foil and put away for 1 night in a refrigerator 30 minutes before presenting, the fruits are covered with fruit juice and add a chopped and sliced banana.

Serve in a glass in which we put a 1/2 tbsp yogurt and fresh mint leaves.
