  • pork - 9 oz (250 g)
  • veal - 9 oz (250 g)
  • milk - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • eggs - 1
  • black pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil - for frying
  • flour - for rolling
  • salt


Slice the beef and pork meat into small cubes and grind them in a meat grinder at least 2 times. Warm up 1-2 tablespoons of oil and fry the minced meat briefly. When the mince changes color, sprinkle with flour, and 3-4 minutes later, pour the milk in.

Simmer the mixture on low heat until thickened. Remove it from the heat and leave it to cool slightly. To the cooled mince, add the egg, black pepper and salt to taste.

Knead croquettes, roll them in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in highly preheated oi until browning. Serve the Spanish croquettes with a salad of your choice or spicy tomato paste.
