How to cook
Beat the eggs with sugar, add fresh milk, sift flour with baking powder and the other flavors. Pour the mixture in a form with baking paper and bake at 356°F (180 °C) in the oven for about 30 minutes or until ready.
Meanwhile, whip the cream and butter separately and add the cream to the butter spoon by spoon. Whip the cream. Clean the morello cherries for the filling and keep a few whole ones for decoration.
The baked cake is cut in 2 after it cools very well. Optionally, syrup with a little fruit juice and stick the layers together with cream and cleaned morello cherries. Spread the top of the cake with the remaining cream and decorate with whole cherries.
You can prepare the cake with regular cherries.
