Ingredients

  • pork belly - 2 lb (1 kg), fatty meat from the belly of the pig
  • pork liver - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • leeks - 3 sprigs, large
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml) or more

How to cook

Cut the belly into bites and put to fry in preheated oil; eyeball the amount desired. Add the chopped liver and leeks.

Cook, stirring regularly and add some red or white wine, amount as desired, and paprika, black pepper and salt.

Stir well and put the dish to bake in the oven at a moderate temperature. Serve with diced dill.
