Prepare a large glass cooking pot with a lid and put some oil on the bottom, you have to rub it evenly on the bottom and sides.
The potatoes are cleaned and cut as needed. Pour them into a pan and also season with spices by choice. Top with chicken pieces and gently press them into the potatoes.
Soak with water and oil. Put the lid on and put it to bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 30-40 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake another 10 minutes (or until ready), without it.
