Separate the whites from the yolks. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites to thick snow. Add the flour little by little, while stirring very gently.
Then add the beaten with the sugar yolks. Pour the finished mixture into a pre-buttered and floured cake form for baking. Bake until ready in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Let the baked layer cool. Remove it from the form and using a suitable knife, cut it 2-3 cake layers. Smear each of the layers with a mixture of whipped cream and / or your favorite jam.
Finish off with whipped cream only. You can pour in a glaze if you desire. Place for 2 hours in the refrigerator and serve.
