This is poured into 4-5 refractory bowls and baked in a moderate oven for 15 minutes. Whites are broken down into hard snow.
Gradually, add powdered sugar. On each of the bowls with fruit pour 3-4 tablespoons the mixture and bake in a low oven.
Finished fruit meringues are sprinkled with powdered sugar, grated chocolate and decorated with the remaining raspberries.
