Fry the chopped onion and carrot in the butter. Add the portioned chicken pieces, fry lightly and salt, then sprinkle with paprika.
Top with water, enough to cover the meat and stew on medium heat. Then add the cleaned and sliced potatoes.
Sprinkle with savory and black pepper, a little salt and put to bake in a moderate oven.
If during cooking the sauce evaporates, add some hot water or broth.
Before serving, sprinkle with black pepper and parsley.
