Knead a smooth dough of the flour, water and salt. Roll out 7-9 thin sheets using a thin rolling pin.
Bake the sheets without any oil on both sides - leave only the bottommost and topmost ones unbaked. Arrange the pastry sheets on top of one another in a pan and sprinkle a mixture of feta cheese and eggs between each layer.
Pour plenty of melted butter over the top. Put the pie to bake in a moderately heated oven.
Sprinkle the baked pastry pie with water and smother with a towel for a few minutes.
