Preheat the oven to 302°F (150 °C) and brush a parchment paper sheet in the tray. In a large bowl, beat both sugars and the butter.
Add the egg, vanilla and fresh milk. Beat them until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Measure out 1 tablespoon of mixture for each cookie. Arrange them with 2 3/4″ (7 cm) of space between them.
Bake them for 8-10 minutes until toasted.
